Timings:
9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Stipend:

We're hiring a
Customer Service Associate
who can manage customer conversations across calls, WhatsApp, and chat — ensuring a smooth, respectful, and delightful experience.

Role Summary

You will
handle customer interactions end-to-end
— from answering product questions to resolving order, delivery, and payment issues — while maintaining high satisfaction and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage
    inbound/outbound calls
    , WhatsApp messages and live chat.
  • Assist with:
  • Order status, tracking & delivery issues
  • Product queries (usage, size, benefits, authenticity)
  • Payment failures, refunds, returns, and replacements
  • Provide step-by-step help during checkout or payment issues.
  • Maintain
    high CSAT
    with polite, empathetic communication.
  • Log accurate notes, tags, and tickets in CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with
    Warehouse, Operations, Logistics
    for fast resolutions.
  • Follow
    SOPs, SLAs and escalation guidelines
    for pending cases.
  • Share insights on repeated customer issues to improve processes.
  • Upsell or recommend suitable products where relevant.

Must-Have Skills

  • 6–24 months
    of customer service experience (D2C/eCommerce preferred).
  • Strong Hindi communication + basic English.
  • Comfort with call handling and fast WhatsApp/chat typing.
  • Patience, empathy, and clear problem-solving.
  • Ability to calm irate customers professionally.
  • Basic computer knowledge — CRM, WhatsApp Web, Sheets, dashboards.

Good to Have

  • Experience with
    Shopify
    , Amazon/Flipkart, Ozonetel/Exotel/Freshdesk.
  • Interest in
    Rudraksha, gemstones, and spiritual products
    .
