Job Title: E-Commerce CRM Executive (Calling Process)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused E-Commerce CRM Executive to handle inbound and outbound calling for our online store. The role involves managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, confirming orders, and ensuring a smooth post-purchase experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, patience, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to customer orders, queries, and complaints.
  • Assist customers in placing orders, checking order status, returns, and exchanges.
  • Provide accurate information about products, offers, and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams for order dispatch and delivery updates.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and update details in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers for feedback, order confirmation, and payment-related queries.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the senior team or relevant department.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain brand standards during every interaction.
  • Support in building strong customer relationships and retention through effective communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service or calling process (e-commerce experience preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on CRM tools and MS Excel.
  • Positive attitude, good listening skills, and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in E-commerce or online retail customer service.
  • Knowledge of order management systems or Shopify CRM tools (added advantage).
  • Fluency in additional regional languages is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.35 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
