Job Title: E-Commerce CRM Executive (Calling Process)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused E-Commerce CRM Executive to handle inbound and outbound calling for our online store. The role involves managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, confirming orders, and ensuring a smooth post-purchase experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, patience, and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to customer orders, queries, and complaints.
- Assist customers in placing orders, checking order status, returns, and exchanges.
- Provide accurate information about products, offers, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams for order dispatch and delivery updates.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and update details in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers for feedback, order confirmation, and payment-related queries.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the senior team or relevant department.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain brand standards during every interaction.
- Support in building strong customer relationships and retention through effective communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service or calling process (e-commerce experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on CRM tools and MS Excel.
- Positive attitude, good listening skills, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in E-commerce or online retail customer service.
- Knowledge of order management systems or Shopify CRM tools (added advantage).
- Fluency in additional regional languages is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.35 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
