We are scaling aggressively and looking for a sharp, hands-on individual to own and grow our e-commerce business.
Role Overview
This role combines
E-commerce account management
and
Performance marketing for marketplaces
.
The candidate will manage the day-to-day operations, growth, and performance of E commerce platforms like
Amazon, Flipkart
and new launches like
Amazon Now
.
The role demands strong communication, hustle, confidence, and the ability to coordinate across internal and external stakeholders while driving
sales, ranking, visibility, and ROI
.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Account Management
Own P&L and daily operations of Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplace accounts.
- Ensure listing hygiene: pricing, stock, images, content, deals, promotions, and visibility.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers for events, deals, and growth opportunities.
- Ensure seamless execution of orders, returns, payments, and inventory alignment with warehouse & SCM.
2. Marketplace Ads & Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and other marketplaces.
- Manage daily budgets, bids, keyword strategy, product targeting, and ad audits.
- Drive and monitor KPIs such as ACOS, ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversions, ranking, sales velocity, etc.
- Run experiments (A/B testing) on creatives, pricing levers, keywords, product sets, etc.
3. Growth & Business Expansion
- Lead new launches on platforms like Amazon Now and similar channels.
- Find growth pockets across categories, products, pricing, and ad opportunities.
- Work with category teams for visibility, events, lightning deals, and seasonal campaigns.
4. Cross-Functional Execution
- Work closely with supply chain for stock planning and order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with content/catalogue team for listing upgrades and rich content.
- Collaborate with design/content team for ad creatives and new product launches.
- Strong follow-ups, communication, and ability to "get things done" across teams.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly business MIS.
- Analyze trends, identify gaps, and present actionable insights.
- Maintain dashboards for sales, ads, pricing, and platform performance
Qualifications & Skills
- 4–8 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce marketplace management + marketplace ads.
- Must have strong Amazon experience (both operations + ads).
- Exposure to Google/Meta ads is a plus, not mandatory.
- Highly analytical with strong Excel/reporting skills.
- Good communication & stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to hustle, follow up, coordinate, and manage multiple priorities.
