Hiring For Modern Trade and e-commerce Manager

Role & responsibilities
*Strategy and planning:
Develop and implement regional sales strategies for both modern trade (supermarkets, hypermarkets) and e-commerce platforms. Create and manage annual and quarterly plans, including promotional activities.
*Key account management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and e-commerce platforms. Negotiate annual terms, including pricing, promotions, and product placement.
*Sales and revenue growth:
Drive primary and secondary sales growth to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Manage accounts receivable and work to resolve outstanding debts.
*Execution and merchandising:
Ensure excellent in-store and online execution, including product visibility, planogram compliance, and timely promotion setup. Coordinate with supply chain to ensure efficient stock fill and delivery.
*Cross-functional collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, supply chain, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment and smooth operations
. * Market analysis and reporting:
Monitor competitor activities, track market trends, and analyze sales data to provide actionable insights to senior management. Prepare regular performance reports.
*E-commerce operations:
Manage online product listings, pricing, and information accuracy. Analyze customer behavior and site performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimize the online user experience.
