CandiRole & responsibilities -

The role is responsible for research and development, contributing to innovation, performance optimization, and cost-effective product solutions. Hands-on experience in testing, data analysis, and assisting in the design and development .

Key Deliverables-

  • Conduct lab experiments and pilot-scale trials to evaluate new materials, additives, or processes.
  • Support prototype development, electrochemical testing, and validation activities.
  • Record and analyse experimental data, prepare technical reports, and present findings to senior R&D management.
  • Analyse critical data related to product field performance and failures including failure modes and analytics related to same
  • Experience of DFMEA and APQP preparation and submission of Production part approval process
  • Assist in benchmarking studies of competitor products and new technologies.
  • Ensure timely execution of test plans aligned with NPD and R&D programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Manufacturing, and Procurement during trials and scale-up.
  • Interfacing with customer on NPD and quality complaint related issues.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Relevant experience in R&D.
  • Must have experience in DFMEA and APQP preparation .
  • Experience in laboratory testing, product evaluation, and technical data analysis.
  • Exposure to industrial R&D or academic research projects in electrochemical systems is desirable.
  • Hands on experience of 3D modelling software like CATIA , Unigraphics along with working knowledge of FEM software like ANSYS etc

Candidate must have experience in auto components or automotive industry.
