Job Title: Brand Manager – Evereve Period Panty

Department: Marketing / Brand Management

Reporting To: Head – Marketing / Category Head

Job Purpose:

To drive brand growth, consumer awareness, and profitability of
Evereve Period Panty
through effective brand strategy, marketing campaigns, innovation management, and cross-functional coordination. The Brand Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end brand lifecycle, from consumer insight and product positioning to execution and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement annual brand plans for
    Evereve Period Panty
    to achieve market share, awareness, and profitability goals.
  • Conduct consumer research to identify emerging trends in feminine hygiene, sustainability, and comfort-driven innerwear.
  • Define brand positioning, tone, and messaging aligned with Evereve's premium and eco-conscious identity.

2. Marketing & Communication

  • Design and execute 360° marketing campaigns (digital, influencer, retail, PR, and events).
  • Oversee content strategy for social media, e-commerce, and offline visibility.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies for ad films, packaging, photoshoots, and product storytelling.
  • Manage influencer and community marketing programs targeting Gen Z and millennial women.

3. Product Innovation & Launches

  • Partner with R&D and design teams to develop new variants or styles in the period panty category.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and consumer testing for new launches.
  • Manage end-to-end go-to-market planning — pricing, packaging, distribution, and media rollout.

4. Business & Performance Management

  • Track and analyze brand performance (sales, awareness, media ROI, share of voice, digital metrics).
  • Drive monthly brand reviews with sales, finance, and supply chain teams.
  • Recommend and implement corrective actions based on market insights and business analytics.

5. Trade & E-commerce Activation

  • Partner with trade marketing teams for in-store visibility, POS materials, and retail activation.
  • Manage e-commerce listings, A+ content, and performance marketing for online sales.
  • Collaborate with D2C team for promotional campaigns and conversion optimization.
