Job Description – Customer Relationship Intern
Location: On Site
Duration: 6 Months (with possibility of full-time role)
Stipend: Up to INR 10,000/month
Future Opportunity: Successful interns will be offered a permanent position after 6
months based on performance.
Work Mode: Flexible (timings & work style as per project requirements)
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Relationship Intern to support our customer
relationship management initiatives. The role involves assisting in managing customer
databases, improving engagement, supporting sales/marketing campaigns, and
ensuring smooth customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate customer information.
Track customer interactions, queries, and feedback in the CRM system.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on CRM activities, leads, and customer
engagement.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, support) to improve
customer experience.
Provide administrative support for CRM projects and documentation.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing,
IT, or related fields.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data handling.
Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
