**Customer Relations Executive**

**Location**: 2ND FLR, Dlf Mall Of India, B-304, Sector 18, NOIDA, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, 201301

**Experience required**:2 years in direct customer relations

**Education required**: Any Graduate

**Key responsibilities**:

- Update customer details and manage order status calls.
- Create and upload social media videos.
- Organize product shipping and courier arrangements.
- Maintain cash sheets, scan bills, and complete Google Forms.
- Manage Google reviews and store front display.
- Ensure customers are attended by sales staff and gather feedback.
- Send daily reports and photos (attendance, stock, display, etc.)

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations tactfully.
- Customer-focused approach with a service mindset.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
