**Job Title**: Customer Relations Executive
**Location**: Mall of India (Noida)
**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable shopping experience.
- Handle all customer queries, feedback, and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Coordinate with the sales and billing team to ensure smooth transactions and service delivery.
- Maintain proper records of customer feedback, alterations, special requests, and follow-ups.
- Resolve issues related to exchanges, returns, and after-sales service as per company policies.
- Manage and update customer databases and loyalty programs.
- Assist in customer engagement initiatives, events, and festive promotions.
- Maintain a high standard of grooming, etiquette, and service in line with Meena Bazaar’s brand image
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Graduate in any discipline (Retail preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in retail or fashion industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude with problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible shifts.
**Preferred Attributes**:
- Polite and professional demeanor.
- Multilingual ability (Hindi, English, regional language is a plus).
- Experience in ethnic wear or luxury retail will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
