
Customer Support Representative

We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our US Voice Process. As part of this role, you will handle banking-related queries from US-based customers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist US customers with banking-related queries.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
**Eligibility Criteria**:
- **Education**: Any Graduate or Undergraduate.
- **Experience**: Minimum 6 months of international call center experience preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- **Communication Skills**: Must have excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- **Shifts**: Must be willing to work night shifts.
- Experience in inbound callings, US support, US process, international voice process, process associate, international calling are added advantage
