We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented **Sales Representative** to join our team in Noida. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills who thrives in a customer-focused environment. As a Sales Representative in Customer Support, you will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, resolving queries, and ensuring customers have an exceptional experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify customer needs and offer tailored product/service recommendations.
- Upsell or cross-sell products/services based on customer requirements.
- Assist customers with product troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Follow up on customer issues and ensure they are fully resolved.
- Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet performance goals.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Excellent communication skills** (both verbal and written) in English.
- Prior experience in customer support or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to handle challenging customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

**Additional Requirements**:

- A high school diploma or equivalent; further qualifications in Sales/Customer Support will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, as needed.
