
Sales Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to maximize their performance and ensure team success.
- Monitor sales performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, while maintaining relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and market trends.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and pipelines to ensure accurate revenue projections.
- Provide training and ongoing support to the sales team to improve their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement skills.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals and secure long-term partnerships.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote products and services.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and drive a high-performance sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and foster new business opportunities.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachore/Master degree in Business or a related field.
- Experience in B2B2C sales or within a education industry relevant to the company.
- Familiarity with digital sales tools and techniques (e.g., social selling, online demos).
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹24,344.06 per month
