**Job Title**: Customer Support Representative
**Location**: Noida (Onsite)
**Salary**: Up to ₹40,000 per month
**Experience**: Freshers to 5 years
**Qualification**: Minimum 12th Grade
**Languages Required**: Good proficiency in English & Hindi

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customer inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
- Maintain customer records in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns.
- Follow-up with customers to ensure the resolution of their issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and foster positive relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum educational qualification**:12th grade** or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in **English** and **Hindi** (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work under pressure and handle customer queries in a professional manner.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
