Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative located in Noida. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer inquiries and issues, and troubleshooting problems. Daily tasks will include direct communication with customers via phone, email, and chat, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, and collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues.

  • Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience in Troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a team
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Noida
