The Franchise Development Manager will be responsible for driving the expansion of the QSR brand by identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new franchise partners. The role involves managing the complete franchise development cycle – from lead generation, franchisee selection, agreement finalization, to ensuring smooth handover to operations. The manager will act as the key link between the company and prospective franchise partners, ensuring alignment with brand standards, financial goals, and long-term growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Franchise Development & Expansion

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the QSR brand through new franchise outlets.
  • Identify, evaluate, and shortlist potential franchise partners across target geographies.
  • Conduct market research to identify new territories and business opportunities.
  • Achieve annual targets for franchise sign-ups and new store openings.

Franchise Partner Management

  • Manage the end-to-end franchise acquisition process including inquiries, presentations, negotiations, and agreement closures.
  • Conduct financial and capability assessments of potential franchise partners.
  • Guide prospective franchisees through investment, ROI, and operational requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential franchise partners.

Process & Compliance

  • Ensure all franchise agreements and legal documentation are in line with company policies.
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, operations, and training teams for smooth onboarding of new franchisees.
  • Ensure franchise partners understand and comply with brand SOPs, operational standards, and training requirements.

Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely with operations, marketing, and training teams to ensure successful store launch and business ramp-up.
  • Provide input to marketing on franchise promotional campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
  • Regularly report franchise development progress to senior management with market insights and competitor updates.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of franchise business models, preferably in QSR/F&B/Retail.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong financial acumen to evaluate franchisee investment and ROI.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Result-oriented with a proven track record of franchise expansion.
  • Market research and territory mapping skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
