Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager located in Kollam. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with clients, addressing customer service inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to enhance customer experience, managing client accounts, and conducting regular follow-ups with clients. The Customer Relations Manager will also collect feedback and provide reports to improve services continually.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience in customer service or client management
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
- Prior experience in the training or education sector is advantageous
