We are looking for a dynamic Enterprise Sales Manager to join our growing team and lead enterprise-level client acquisition and relationship management initiatives.
Role Overview
As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing high-value enterprise clients. You will act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, understand their communication needs, and propose tailored CPaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise clients across target sectors (Banking, OTT, E-commerce, Government, and Large Enterprises).
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with CXOs, VPs, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Pre-sales, Product, and Marketing) to deliver customized proposals and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Regularly update the CRM with accurate pipeline data and prepare sales forecasts.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in B2B/Enterprise Sales, preferably in CPaaS, SaaS, or Telecom solutions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise communication needs (SMS, WhatsApp, Voice, RCS, Email).
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
