
Head of Enterprise Sales

About Role:
We are a fast-growing AI-driven document automation start-up. We are seeking a Head of Enterprise Sales & Partnerships to lead our growth by building strategic enterprise accounts, fostering strong partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
This role is best suited for a sales leader with solid experience in enterprise IT solutions, SaaS, and AI/OCR platforms, who enjoys working in start-ups and is passionate about helping them scale in new and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Sales
- Build and execute a go-to-market strategy for enterprise clients across BFSI, healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, government, and education.
- Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles: prospecting, solution positioning, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Develop a consultative sales approach, aligning client needs with our OCR / document automation offerings.
- Manage and grow key enterprise accounts, ensuring long-term revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Own sales pipeline forecasting, reporting, and revenue achievement.
Partnerships & Alliances
- Identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships with system integrators, resellers, and technology partners.
- Create joint go-to-market opportunities with partners to accelerate customer acquisition.
- Represent the company at industry forums, expos, and networking events to build brand presence.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to design co-marketing and co-selling initiatives with partners.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print designs.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices.
Leadership & Strategy
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales & partnerships team.
- Contribute to pricing strategy, contract structures, and value-based selling models.
- Provide market intelligence on competitor offerings, trends, and enterprise buying behaviours.
- Work closely with the leadership team on scaling revenue, GTM strategy, and fundraising support.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of proven experience in enterprise sales/business development within IT, SaaS, AI, or automation domains.
- Demonstrated success in closing large enterprise deals and managing CXO-level relationships.
- Strong understanding of document automation, AI/ML, workflow solutions, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Experience in building and managing partnerships/alliances in the tech ecosystem.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Start-up mindset: hands-on, agile, and comfortable in a high-growth environment.
- MBA or equivalent qualification in Business, Sales, or Technology preferred.
