Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold visits to generate leads.
- Present demos at client locations (with team leader support).
- Do door-to-door outreach in business areas.
- Report daily tasks in CRM and on WhatsApp.
- Build relationships with HRs, managers, and business owners.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline, preferably in Business or Marketing.
- Good interpersonal and field communication skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Languages: Strong communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English are required for regional interaction.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
