About the RoleWe are seeking a
driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager
with strong expertise in
freelance bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.)
. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, craft winning proposals, and build long-term client relationships. You will play a key role in expanding our global footprint and driving consistent revenue growth.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate qualified leads and build a robust sales pipeline through
Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PPH, Guru
, and
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
.
- Write persuasive and client-focused proposals to win projects.
- Negotiate effectively with prospects and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat and referral business.
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to align client requirements with services.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
- Explore upselling/cross-selling opportunities for additional services.
- Skills & Qualifications3+ years of proven experience in Upwork bidding, business development, or lead generation.
- Strong expertise in
proposal writing
, client communication, and negotiation.
- Hands-on experience with
Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, and freelance platforms.
- Ability to identify, pitch, and close high-value international clients.
- Prior experience in selling Web Development, Mobile Apps, or Digital Marketing services is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
