Job description

Role & responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand their procurement requirements and ensure timely delivery of goods/services.
  • Issue purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
  • Regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and avoid discrepancies
  • Ensure that purchased goods meet the company quality standards and specifications.
  • Verify and approve product samples, ensuring alignment with quality requirements.
  • Review purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts to ensure accuracy and adherence to agreed terms.
  • Keep track of market trends and pricing, and advise the management team on cost-effective purchasing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including orders, vendor contracts, and invoices.
