We are seeking a Purchase Executive in the Manufacturing sector for a full-time, mid-level position located in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, ensuring efficient order processing, and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in procurement within a manufacturing environment with a focus on cost-effective purchasing.
  • Expertise in purchase order processing and ability to manage large volumes of orders efficiently. (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong supplier relationship management skills to negotiate terms and secure best prices. (Mandatory skill)
  • Ability to manage vendor accounts effectively, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.
  • Proficient in inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste.
  • Experience in material planning to forecast requirements and align with production schedules.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling procurement documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions in challenging environments.
