Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at City Ethernal LLP, located in Pune. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities. Additionally, the Sales Manager will analyze market trends, prepare regular sales reports, and coordinate with other departments to ensure the achievement of company goals.
Qualifications
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Experience in Real Estate projects is a must.
- Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Experience in market analysis and business development
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the relevant industry is a plus
