Opportunity – Banking & Finance Lawyer | Tier 1 Law Firm

Role Highlights:
  • Structured Finance & Lending: Assist in advising on structured finance, corporate lending, project finance, and complex debt transactions.
  • Banking & Finance Transactions: Support senior team members on financing and refinancing mandates for banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, funds, and corporates.
  • Documentation & Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements, security documents, debenture documentation, and related contracts under partner guidance.
  • Regulatory Advisory: Conduct research and support advisory work relating to RBI, FEMA, SEBI, and other regulatory aspects of financing.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with partners , senior associates, and external advisors to deliver practical, commercially viable legal solutions.
  • Research & Analysis: Undertake detailed legal research and prepare notes on financing structures, evolving regulations, and industry practices.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Law graduate (LLB) – Class of 2023 or 2024 pass-outs, looking to build a career in Banking & Finance.
  • Strong academic background with good drafting and research skills.
  • Excellent communication and analytical ability, with eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced practice.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting complex, high-value transactions under guidance.
  • Prior internships in Banking & Finance or General Corporate with law firms will be an added advantag
