Opportunity – Senior Associate (Banking & Finance) | Tier 1 Law Firm

Role Highlights:

  • Lead elements of structured, acquisition, ECA-backed, and receivables-backed financing transactions, including securitisation and bond issuances.
  • Oversee drafting and negotiation of complex financing documentation and debt securities offerings.
  • Manage due diligence, stakeholder engagement, and transaction execution.
  • Provide strategic regulatory and market insights in client deliverables.
  • Mentor junior associates and support seamless execution of high-profile mandates.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Senior Associate with 4–6 years PQE of experience in banking & finance or debt capital markets.
  • Proven capabilities in transaction management, documentation, and client advisory.
  • Strong judgment, leadership, and ability to work independently on complex financings.
  • Commercially savvy, analytical, and able to meet rigorous deal timelines.
