Role Highlights:
  • M&A Transactions: Lead complex domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and restructurings.
  • Private Equity & Investments: Advise funds, corporates, and investors on private equity, venture capital, and strategic investments.
  • Documentation & Negotiation: Take the lead on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating SPAs, SHAs, investment agreements, and JV agreements.
  • Due Diligence: Supervise and manage legal due diligence exercises, review outputs, and identify key risks with practical solutions.
  • Client Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to promoters, management teams, financial institutions, and funds.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor, train, and supervise junior team members while managing workflows on high-value transactions.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Lawyer with 6+ years PQE in M&A and Private Equity practice.
  • Currently at PA level (or strong SA3 moving up).
  • Extensive experience in deal structuring, negotiations, and execution.
  • Excellent leadership, client management, and communication skills.
  • LLB from a reputed Tier 1/Tier 2 law school.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-stakes transactions independently under tight timelines.
