Opportunity – Associate (Banking & Finance, A3 Level) | Tier 1 Law Firm

Role Highlights:

  • Banking & Finance Transactions: Support structured finance, acquisition finance, project financing, and corporate lending mandates.
  • Documentation & Drafting: Assist in drafting facility agreements, term sheets, security documentation, and other lending-related legal documents.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Help with regulatory filings and ensure compliance with RBI, SEBI, and other relevant legal frameworks.
  • Due Diligence & Coordination: Participate in due diligence, liaise with financial institutions, clients, and internal teams; manage transaction workflow.
  • Research & Advisory Support: Track legal developments in banking and finance, contribute to internal/legal advisories and briefings.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Associate (A3 level) with 3 years PQE, ideally from a Tier 1 law school and currently practicing at or previously with a Tier 1 law firm.
  • Demonstrated experience in banking or finance transactions, including lending or structured finance.
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and transactional support capabilities.
  • Proactive, detail-focused, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
