Opportunity – Banking & Finance / Projects & Infrastructure Lawyer |Boutique firm
Role Highlights:
  • Banking & Finance Transactions: Advise on corporate lending, project finance, acquisition finance, structured finance, and refinancing deals.
  • Projects & Infrastructure: Handle transactions involving infrastructure projects across sectors including energy, transport, and utilities, focusing on project structuring, concession agreements, and PPP frameworks.
  • Documentation & Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate financing documents such as loan agreements, security documents, inter-creditor agreements, concession agreements, and other contracts.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Advisory: Provide guidance on RBI, FEMA, SEBI, and sector-specific regulations relevant to financing and infrastructure projects.
  • Client Collaboration: Work directly with financial institutions, corporates, sponsors, and advisors to deliver commercially viable solutions.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth legal research on financing, regulatory, and infrastructure-related matters to support structuring and execution.
Ideal Candidate:
  • 2020–2022 law graduate with 4–6 years PQE in banking & finance, project finance, or infrastructure transactions at a reputed law firm.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Educational background: LLB from a reputed institution; additional qualifications in finance or infrastructure law will be an advantage.
  • Proven ability to independently manage high-value and time-sensitive mandates.
  • Excellent client-handling and interpersonal skills.
