Role Highlights:
  • Banking & Finance Transactions: Assist senior lawyers on corporate lending, project finance, acquisition finance, and refinancing deals.
  • Projects & Infrastructure: Support work on infrastructure projects across energy, transport, and utilities sectors, focusing on research and initial drafting.
  • Documentation & Negotiation: Draft and review loan agreements, security documents, and concession agreements under senior supervision.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Advisory: Research and assist in preparing notes on RBI, FEMA, SEBI, and sector-specific regulations.
  • Client Collaboration: Provide back-end support for client meetings and transaction execution.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct legal research on financing, regulatory, and infrastructure matters to support the team. 
Ideal Candidate:
  • 2023–2024 law graduate (LLB) from a reputed institution with internships in banking & finance / projects & infra at law firms.
  • Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
  • Keen interest in banking & finance, project finance, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
