We're looking for a Finance Lawyer with 10–12 years of experience to join a reputed conglomerate at its Mumbai location. If you're originally from Mumbai or nearby regions, this could be a great chance to advance your career closer to home.

Role Highlights:

  • Lead and execute complex debt finance transactions, including external commercial borrowings (ECBs), debt syndications, and structured lending arrangements.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements, security documents, intercreditor arrangements, and other finance documentation
  • Provide strategic advisory on regulatory and compliance aspects under RBI, FEMA, and other relevant financial regulations.
  • Support partners in client relationship management, business development, and mentoring of junior team members.     

Ideal Candidate:

  •  An LLB degree from a Tier 1 law school will be the first preference  
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
