Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Lawyer based in Mumbai. The Associate Lawyer will manage legal research, draft and review contracts, pleadings, and other legal documents, participate in court proceedings, and ensure regulatory compliance for clients. The individual will also assist in the firm's core practice areas, which include Real Estate, Banking and Finance, and Commercial Law, while maintaining regular client communication to provide effective legal counsel.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Legal Research, Contract Drafting, and Pleadings preparation
  • Proficiency in Litigation, Regulatory Compliance, and Dispute Resolution
  • Knowledgeable in Real Estate Law, RERA Compliance, and Commercial Transactions
  • Excellent Communication, Client-Counselling abilities, and Analytical Thinking
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognised institution; LL.M or specialisation in relevant practice areas is a plus
  • 1-3 years of experience in legal practice preferred, particularly in litigation and advisory roles
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with court procedures in India and a strong understanding of legal concepts
