Opportunity – Banking & Finance / Projects & Infrastructure Lawyer |Boutique firm
Role Highlights:
  • Banking & Finance Transactions: Lead and advise on complex corporate lending, project finance, acquisition finance, structured finance, and refinancing deals.
  • Projects & Infrastructure: Drive high-value infrastructure transactions across energy, transport, and utilities sectors, including structuring, concession agreements, and PPP frameworks.
  • Documentation & Negotiation: Independently lead drafting, review, and negotiation of financing documents, inter-creditor arrangements, concession agreements, and other contracts.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Advisory: Provide strategic advice on RBI, FEMA, SEBI, and sector-specific regulations impacting financing and infrastructure projects.
  • Client Collaboration: Serve as a key point of contact for financial institutions, corporates, sponsors, and advisors, offering strategic and commercially practical solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior lawyers, ensuring quality delivery and smooth execution of complex mandates.
Ideal Candidate:
  • 2014–2019 law graduate with 7–11 years PQE in banking & finance, project finance, and infrastructure at a reputed law firm.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and strategic advisory skills.
  • Educational background: LLB from a reputed institution; further specialization in finance/infrastructure law is a plus.
  • Proven leadership, ability to manage large transactions, and strong client-facing experience.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of driving high-value mandates independently.
