Key Responsibilities:
Manage all operational aspects of the branch, including sales planning, member relations, HR, administration, and cost control in alignment with organizational objectives.
Plan monthly targets and efficiently distribute them among teams and individuals based on productivity, capability, and quality.
Assess local market conditions to identify current and potential sales opportunities.
Collaborate with the Branch Marketing team to plan lead generation (Acquisition Marketing) activities.
Ensure timely distribution and tracking of "pull" leads (e.g., digital leads, member referrals) to the appropriate teams.
Monitor and track lead conversions from marketing activities and sales teams; take corrective action based on weekly conversion trends.
Foster a high level of team engagement; provide necessary training, coaching, and motivation to meet and exceed performance expectations.
Recruit and onboard high-energy, talented individuals; maintain a healthy talent pipeline across functions.
Manage branch expenses and drive profitability through effective cost control.
Resolve member complaints and escalations within defined turnaround time (TAT).
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in branch operations, team leadership, and sales management.
Strong strategic planning, communication, and analytical skills.
Experience with performance monitoring and driving sales through lead management and team motivation.
