Role & responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability of branch locations
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure that all branches adhere to company policies, procedures, and business ethics
- Provide guidance and support to branch managers, ensuring they have the necessary resources to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to branch managers and staff
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and initiatives to drive customer traffic and increase sales
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment, promoting teamwork and individual growth within the branch locations
- Plan and execute Below-the-Line (BTL) or PR activities to increase footfall and brand visibility.
- Conduct internal training sessions for the sales staff, covering product knowledge, grooming, new launch schemes, and competitor analysis.
- Ensure all SOPs are followed at branches
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury goods and jewelry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and staff members.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising techniques.
