Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Network Engineer (L3/L4)
to lead and support end-to-end network engineering projects. The role includes designing scalable network architectures, implementing and migrating solutions, and providing advanced L3/L4 troubleshooting. The candidate will work closely with customers, project teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-performance, secure, and reliable network infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities

1. Network Design & Architecture

  • Understand customer requirements and assess existing network infrastructure
  • Prepare
    High-Level Design (HLD)
    and
    Low-Level Design (LLD)
    documents
  • Participate in solution and fabric design discussions
  • Build scalable data center architectures (Spine-Leaf, VXLAN, EVPN, MLAG, etc.)

2. Implementation & Migration

  • Plan and execute network deployments and migration activities
  • Prepare and follow
    Method of Procedure (MOP)
    documents
  • Validate network readiness and ensure smooth production cutovers

3. Troubleshooting & Support

  • Provide advanced
    L3/L4 support
    for complex network issues
  • Perform packet capture analysis and root-cause investigations
  • Handle escalations and assist operational teams

4. Automation & Optimization

  • Work with
    Ansible
    or similar automation tools for provisioning and configuration
  • Enhance automation workflows and scripts
  • Improve network efficiency and consistency

5. Documentation & Knowledge Transfer

  • Maintain project documentation throughout lifecycle
  • Create test plans and validation reports
  • Conduct training (KT) sessions for customers and internal teams

6. Customer Engagement

  • Work closely with clients during design, deployment, and post-implementation phases
  • Travel onsite as required for project execution

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10–15 years
    of core experience in Data Center / Service Provider networking
  • Strong knowledge of
    Arista EOS
    , CloudVision (added advantage)
  • Deep understanding of:
  • Spine-Leaf architectures
  • VXLAN / EVPN
  • MPLS, OSPF, BGP
  • L2 technologies (STP, RSTP, MSTP, EtherChannel)
  • Experience in network automation (Ansible) and Linux fundamentals
  • Strong hands-on troubleshooting and packet analysis skills
  • Experience preparing
    HLD/LLD
    , MOPs, and design documents
  • Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
  • Relevant certifications such as
    CCNP, CCIE, JNCIE
    preferred
