Work Mode: Rotational Shifts (24×7)

Job Purpose / Summary

The Senior Network Engineer will be responsible for 
24×7 network monitoring, troubleshooting, and diagnosis
 of network-related issues. The role requires close coordination with global service providers for timely issue resolution and support for 
SD-WAN technical migrations
. The engineer will ensure high global network availability and support rapid service restoration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor global network performance and ensure 
    high availability
     across all regions.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose network issues in real-time to minimize downtime.
  • Coordinate with 
    Global Service Providers
     for quick issue resolution.
  • Support and manage 
    Cisco SD-WAN technical migrations
    .
  • Maintain operational stability for a large-scale 
    MPLS network
     with 10,000+ devices.
  • Ensure rapid restoration and continuity of services during outages.

  • Speed and Efficiency of Service Restoration / Issue Resolution

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Engineering (
    B.E in EXTC
    )

Functional Skills / Competencies

  • Strong hands-on experience with 
    Cisco technologies
     (routing & troubleshooting).
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale 
    MPLS networks
     (10k+ devices).
  • CCNA / CCNP certification
     required.
  • Awareness/implementation experience of 
    Cisco SD-WAN
    .
  • Basic knowledge of 
    Switching and Firewalls
    .
  • Ability to automate tasks using 
    Python or Ansible
    .
