Role Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Network Engineer (L3/L4) who will work directly with clients on end-to-end network engagement — from requirement gathering and design to implementation, migration, and post-deployment support. The candidate must have strong technical expertise in Spine-Leaf architecture, routing protocols, Arista devices, and network automation.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • 10–15 years of experience in Data Center Core Networks and Service Provider environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Engineering
  • Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIE are required
  • Hands-on experience with Arista EOS & CloudVision (added advantage)
  • Strong understanding of Spine-Leaf designs, MLAG, VXLAN, EVPN, BGP, OSPF, and other networking protocols
  • Solid knowledge of L2 Technologies: STP, PVST, MSTP, RSTP, EtherChannel
  • Strong troubleshooting and packet capture skills
  • Experience in Ansible, automation workflows, Linux basics
  • Excellent documentation skills (HLD/LLD)

Key Responsibilities

Client Requirement & Design

  • Analyze customer environments and gather technical requirements
  • Create High-Level (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents
  • Conduct fabric design reviews and solution discussions with clients

Implementation & Migration

  • Plan and deliver complex network implementations
  • Execute migration activities with detailed MOPs
  • Validate new deployments and ensure readiness for production traffic

Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide advanced L3/L4 troubleshooting support
  • Perform deep packet capture analysis and resolve complex network issues
  • Support operational teams during post-deployment activities

Automation & Scripting

  • Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks
  • Automate network configuration, validation, and provisioning
  • Build enhancement scripts and integrate them with customer workflows

Documentation & Project Execution

  • Prepare MOPs and test plans
  • Support project managers with execution updates and documentation
  • Deliver training (KT) to customers on new platforms and designs

Travel

  • Visit customer locations as required

Technical Capabilities

  • Deployment of large-scale Data Center networks
  • Hands-on with Arista switches and upgrades
  • Expertise in L2/L3 protocols and Data Center fabric technologies
  • Experience with network security best practices
  • Strong Linux fundamentals
  • Ability to automate routine network operations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,000, ₹3,000,000.00 per year
