Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Network Engineer at our facility located in Navi Mumbai. The Senior Network Engineer will design, implement, and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security. Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex network issues, coordinating with team members to manage network operations, and proactively addressing performance or security vulnerabilities. The role also involves contributing to high-level network planning and providing technical guidance to a team of network professionals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Network Engineering and Network Design to implement and manage complex network infrastructures.
- Strong skills in Network Administration covering tasks like configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of network systems.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and problem-solving to identify and resolve network issues efficiently.
- Knowledge and experience in Network Security to ensure the protection and integrity of organizational data and resources.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment and lead technical efforts for the team.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of networking principles and technologies.
