Key Accountability: -
Sales Target, Market Development & Penetration, Customer Satisfaction, Team Development.
Key Decision: -
Propose introduction / discontinuation of Products developing upon Competition.
Working Relation:
Establish an effective relationship with the Sales Head to give inputs / market feedback. Establish close relationships with Channel Partners to understand the market needs and challenges. Work closely with the marketing department for branding/publicity support at local level. Close relation with Commercial to ensure that all financial claims of the channel are settled within time.
Candidate Profile:-
Qualification:- MBA/PGDM in Premium Institute.
Expereince :- 3 yrs - 8 Yrs
Salary :- 12 LPA - 25 LPA
