Key Account Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Key Account Manager to handle client relationships, oversee project operations, and manage a technical team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good technical understanding (especially GPS wiring), and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients via email, phone, and meetings.
- Prepare and share quotations, pricing details, and proposals with clients.
- Oversee project execution and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Manage and support a team of technicians and coordinators.
- Distribute workload among team members and monitor progress.
- Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, and performance sheets.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth project operations.
- Ensure client satisfaction and handle escalations professionally.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of GPS device installation and wiring.
- Excellent client communication and email etiquette.
- Proficiency in quotation preparation, costing, and price negotiation.
- Team management and task allocation skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Technical or Business preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in key account management or operations management.
- Experience in GPS/Telematics/Field Operations will be an added advantage.
