Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for a Key Account Management professional. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing account portfolios, and identifying growth opportunities. Daily tasks include monitoring account performance, providing exceptional customer service, analyzing data, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Key Account Management and Key Account Development
  • Strong Customer Service and Account Management skills
  • Analytical Skills to analyze data and assess account performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Relevant experience in the precious metals or related industry is a plus
