* Job Title - Key Account Manager - Sports * Department, Level - Revenue – Ad Sales * Location - Mumbai * Work type - Fulltime We are looking for a highly driven Key Account Manager (KAM) - to join our team. This role is critical to driving exponential revenue growth through strategic account management and market coverage. * Job Summary The KAM will ensure end-to-end client engagement — from planning and campaign execution to post-campaign evaluation and long-term strategic growth. The role will directly impact revenue through client retention, pipeline acceleration, and conversion of emerging clients into long-term strategic partners. * Key Responsibilities ● Build strong, consultative relationships with clients and agencies to maximize business opportunities. ● Ensure seamless campaign execution and timely market engagement to avoid under-servicing or missed growth opportunities. ● Engage deeply with digital-first brands and startups that demand speed, attribution-driven solutions, and daily interactions. ● Act as a trusted advisor to founders, CMOs, and growth leaders by delivering consultative solutions aligned to business goals. ● Develop and recommend long-term media strategies to drive retention, upsell, and share-of-wallet growth. ● Provide integrated media solutions across digital, broadcast, and sports sponsorship properties. ● Drive exponential revenue growth by aligning with core team strategies for Sports events. ● Ensure comprehensive market coverage through proactive outreach and coordinated client engagement. ● Convert smaller and emerging accounts into long-term strategic partners. ● Deliver data-backed post-campaign evaluation reports and Brand Lift Studies (BLS)to measure effectiveness and ROI. ● Leverage data and insights to continuously improve client performance and engagement. * Skills & Attributes for success • Proven ability to manage large accounts and deliver high-value revenue targets. • Strong understanding of digital-first brands, startups, and performance-driven marketing. • Excellent stakeholder management, relationship building, and negotiation skills. * Preferred Education & Experience • Analytical mindset with experience in campaign insights and reporting MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, Media, or related field (preferred). 4–8 years of experience in media sales, client partnerships, or digital advertising * About Us Perched firmly at the nucleus of spellbinding content and innovative technology, Jiostar is a leading global media & entertainment company that is reimagining the way audiences consume entertainment and sports.
