Job Title: Zonal Sales Manager – Solar Inverters & Energy Storage Solutions
Location: North India | Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
About the Role:
We are looking for a Zonal Sales Manager to lead sales and business development for solar inverters, lithium batteries, hybrid systems, and energy storage solutions across North India. The role involves driving revenue growth, expanding the dealer/distributor network, and managing key accounts in residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve zonal sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Manage the full sales cycle – lead generation, negotiation, closure, and after-sales coordination.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams for region-specific campaigns and solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, timely payment collection, and accurate sales reporting.
Qualifications & Experience:
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical; MBA preferred.
- 7–10 years' experience in sales of solar/renewable energy solutions.
- Strong exposure to zonal/regional sales management, EPC ecosystem, and renewable energy policies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
