Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Zonal Operations Head to lead and scale quick commerce operations across the Ahmedabad region. This role focuses on managing cluster-level teams, driving operational KPIs, and ensuring seamless last-mile execution. Only candidates with proven experience in Quick Commerce (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, Flipkart Minutes) will be considered.

Mandatory Industry Background

  • Quick Commerce: Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, Flipkart Minutes
  • Experience in hyperlocal delivery, express fulfillment, and real-time operations is essential

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple cluster managers across the Ahmedabad zone
  • Drive operational KPIs: order fill rate, on-time delivery, cost per order, and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor manpower productivity, rider performance, and route optimization
  • Collaborate with central teams for tech adoption, training, and SOP implementation
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety protocols, and operational standards
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify gaps and implement corrective actions
  • Liaise with local authorities for operational permissions and regulatory compliance
  • Prepare and present monthly performance reports to senior leadership

Qualifications & Skills

  • 8–12 years of experience in quick commerce operations leadership
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Proficiency in Excel, dashboards, and operational reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,400, ₹1,700,000.00 per year
