We are seeking an organized and proactive Team Lead to oversee our phlebotomist operations In this vital role, you will manage a team of phlebotomists, ensuring smooth daily operations and high-quality service by speaking their regional language when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Daily Operations: Supervise the daily activities of phlebotomists, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Ensure Punctuality: Make sure phlebotomists arrive on time for all scheduled appointments.
  • Monitor Sample Collection: Confirm that samples are collected completely and correctly according to procedures.
  • Oversee Timely Drop-offs: Ensure all collected samples are dropped off at the lab on schedule.
  • Provide Support: Offer immediate assistance and guidance to phlebotomists whenever they need help with issues or questions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track phlebotomist performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide feedback.
  • Problem Resolution: Address operational issues quickly to prevent disruptions.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in a team lead or supervisory role, preferably in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Familiarity with phlebotomy or healthcare logistics is a plus.
  • Should speak Hindi, Marathi and Gujrati fluently.
