Minimum Education Required Minimum Experience Required Should have acquired  Bachelors Degree in Technology /Engineering or Masters in Computer Applications (MCA) or Master of Science in Computer Science from a reputed institute.  Masters in Technology/Engineering preferable

Following are the skill set required for team lead -Emerging technologies

Technical Skills

Programming skills: Proficient in Python with libraries like TensorFlow,  PyTorch, Scikit-learn. Understanding of Machine learning algorithms and neural  networks. Working with computer vision models and large language models (NLP).

Data Engineering: Knowledge of data cleaning, pre-processing, feature engineering, and data pipelines.

Cloud Computing: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for deploying AI models

Leadership Skills , Problem solving & learning skills

Good communication and listening skills. Team building, defining project goals, prioritizing tasks, guiding team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Identifying potential issues in AI models, evaluating data quality, and troubleshooting technical challenges.

Keeping pace with rapid advancements in the AI field, actively researching new techniques and tools

The Emerging Technologies-Team Lead will be responsible for driving innovation and implementation of cutting-edge technologies within the organization. This role requires strategic thinking and the ability to translate emerging technology trends into impactful solutions that enhance governance. The leader will oversee projects, manage resources, and ensure alignment with the organization's goals.

Collaboration and knowledge sharing are core principles within the team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. The team is dedicated to researching and deploying innovative solutions that can improve public governance and service delivery.

You are Responsible for:

Leading the development and execution of technology projects from conception to deployment.

Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to identify technology needs and opportunities.

Mentoring and guiding team members in their professional growth and technical skills.

Staying updated on the latest trends in technology and assessing their potential impact on governance strategies.

Proven experience in leading technology teams and managing complex projects.

Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their applications in governance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
