Job Title: Employee Relations and HR Compliance Associate Director
Location: Gurgaon/Mumbai
Role & Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing employee relations programs, resolving workplace conflicts, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and advising leadership on best practices. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and expertise in employment/labour law to support organizational goals and employee engagement
- Develop and implement employee relations strategies.
- Manage reports of grievances and misconduct, ensuring thorough inquiries and fair investigations.
- Implement appropriate actions aligned with company policies and applicable laws.
- Review and refine employee relations policies and process to enhance employee experience while aligning with applicable laws.
- Analyze patterns in workplace concerns and devise corrective strategies.
- Develop and deliver training interventions for HR and business teams to handle employee relations effectively.
- Act as a trusted advisor for talent strategists and leadership on sensitive conflicts, labor law compliance, and employee relations matters.
- Collaborate with HR teams and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure compliance with policies and legal standards.
- Work with internal compliance team to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in employee relations, HR, labor relations
- Proficiency in conducting fair and impartial investigations, with a deep understanding of grievance and misconduct procedures
- Strong understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements to guide decisions effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees, HR teams, and leadership effectively.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights to improveemployee engagement and workplace culture.
- Ability to manage teams and collaborate across departments
