Zen Nest Hospitality is expanding its footprint in Goa, and we're looking for a
dynamic Business Development Executive
to join us on a commission-only basis.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for onboarding new properties (villas, hostels, service apartments, and resorts) under Zen Nest Hospitality. For every successful signup, you will earn a commission from the signup fee. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys networking, sales, and the hospitality industry, without the limitations of a fixed payroll role.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify and approach potential property partners
- Self-motivated and target-driven personality
- Prior experience in hospitality sales or real estate (preferred but not mandatory)
- Based in Goa or familiar with the Goa hospitality market
What We Offer:
