We're looking for a Sports Business Executive to join our team, both at work, and at play We take the work hard, play harder philosophy way too seriously out here. We're an ambitious bunch, we're hungry, and we've only just begun. Get ready to board the Hudle train as we prepare for the next step in our journey of taking our philosophy across the country Role & Responsibilities: ● Own the business and operations of the sports facilities assigned to you. ● Ensure the venues are always in great operational condition and running smoothly. ● Ensure quick reporting and resolution of issues in their assigned venues. ● Manage an overall team of 5 to 15 venue executives deployed at each venue ● Work towards increasing revenues in their assigned venues by providing great customer experience and value-added services. ● Weekly and monthly performance reporting of venues. ● Represent company in the most professional manner with external stakeholders. ● Developing and maintaining relationships with key partners, stakeholders and other relevant people and businesses. ● Develop and submit business and data reports to upper management. Qualification: ● Bachelor's Degree in any field with a keen interest in using technology to standardize large-scale on-ground operations. ● Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. ● A keen eye for attention to detail. ● Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint ● Self-motivated and willing to learn. ● Ready to work in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment. ● Experience is Sports industry, Venue Operations is highly preferred
