- Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage, monitor, and maintain the performance of servers, networks, and storage systems.
- Ensure the security and integrity of IT infrastructure through regular maintenance, patching, and updates.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify and meet their IT infrastructure needs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to staff on infrastructure-related issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in infrastructure management.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
- Strong expertise in networking, server administration, and storage technologies.
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Relevant certifications such as MCSE, or Azure are advantageous.
